Water Heater Service
THEY WERE ON SITE AT OUR HOME IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION LATE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT WITHIN ONE HOUR OF US PLACING THE CALL. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND STAYED AT OUR HOME FOR OVER 3 HOURS. THEY LEFT FANS BEHIND FOR DRYING OUT THE CARPET AND WERE PROMPT ABOUT RECLAIMING THEM ONCE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WERE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATORS. BOTTOM LINE, WE DID NOT HAVE TO REPLACE OUR RUGS AND SAVED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE OF THEIR KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF.
