Pure Quality Cleaning Service

We are extremely pleased with the quality of Rose's work. She is reliable and can always be counted on to either call or arrive at the scheduled day and time to perform her work. She really does a good job - everything sparkles - we are pleased.

We have been using Pure Quality for about 9 months for biweekly house cleaning. We are very pleased with the service. Rose, the owner, is very reliable. She arrives on time and has never called with a last minute cancellation (unlike several other cleaning services we used in the past). It takes Rose and Katie about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to clean our house which is about 2,700 sq. ft. I am very picky about how I want the house cleaned including which products I like used. Rose is very sensitive to my preferences and open to my suggestions and concerns. For example, I ask Rose to make sure the wood floor under our king size bed is cleaned. I have seen her crawl under the bed with a rag to make sure it was clean. Now that is service! Rose is also very proactive. On several occasions she has made suggestions for different cleaning products that she felt would work better based on her experience. In most cases we went with her suggestion and she was right! However, in one case, we did not want to change and she was perfectly fine with that. Her employee, Katie, is also very good. Both ladies work very hard and never take a break until the job is done. There has only been one occasion in 9 months where a very inexpensive plastic piece on the toilet was broken, and it was brought to my attention immediately (again, unlike our past experience with other services who tried to hide it). I am very satisfied with Pure Quality and will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

They are excellent. I have been using them since October and each time the services improve. They are very detailed and meticulous. They have me tour the house after the cleaning to ensure that I am satisfied with their work.
