Mark Kaegi is the owner of On-The-Mark Appraisal LLC, Certified Residential appraiser with over 25 years experience in Residential Appraising and Financial Valuations. Experienced throughout Maricopa County, On-The-Mark Appraisal offers a full spectrum of appraisal services including estate and divorce appraisals, vacant land, horse property, complex properties, custom/luxury homes and FHA appraisals. Experienced analysis and thorough attention to detail in a timely manner provides clients with the professionalism they expect and deserve. Since 1999, I've worked with multiple appraisal firms as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser serving multiple locations all over the Phoenix Metro area before starting On-The-Mark Appraisal in 2008. Living in the Carefree/Cave Creek, North Scottsdale area for the past 21 years, I'm experienced in appraising all types of residential property and land, specializing in unique, luxury properties that require a higher degree of expertise.
