We really like them. They are very professional and prompt. They really know the product line and there is always someone for us to talk to. We had talked to them about our needs, and they were really good at setting a delivery date. They made the time and took out the old unit and installed a new one. They were also willing to help us on a Sunday if we needed that. They had made many phone calls prior to coming over to confirm the time. Two people had also made follow-up calls to make sure that we were happy with their service. We are very happy with everything about them. We decided not to pay the additional fee for a Sunday visit, so they came on a Monday or Tuesday. We had been happy with their service in the past too, so we had not shopped around. We wanted the work done quickly and we wanted it done right. I can?t say if it was the best value for money. We had even paid $100 more, but it was worth it because it was effortless and they did a good job. They are conveniently located and competitively priced. We trust Lowe's Of Carefree.
