THEY RESPONDED THE SAME DAY TO THE SERVICE CALL. THEY PERFORMED ONLY THE REQUIRED SERVICE TO RESTORE THE UNIT TO WORKING ORDER. PRICING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND FAIR. THEY BILLED VIA MAIL AND DID NOT REQUIRE ANY PAYMENT AT TIME OF SERVICE. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
