Eco Blu Pools

The details are simple. Don't use this contractor, you will be disappointed and surprised in the end of the general incompetence.

Promised way more than they could deliver. We specifically wanted a
small ECO FRIENDLY local owned business and requested QUALITY over QUANTITY and LOW
MAINTANENCE to last for years to come. This company is not ECO in any way, just use the name for marketing with a flashy website and showroom!
The owner promised he could make the out of the box modern look we wanted work for our very reasonable budget we had alloted. He also promised 3D renderings, landscaping, outdoor lighting etc.....we never saw it.
OVERPROMISED AND UNDERDELIVERED!
They redid cool deck patio with travertine pavers with basically ONLY 2 guys once in a while!!!
THIS TOOK MORE THAN 3 WEKKS!!! EVEN WORSE they miscalculated square footage and  did not tell us until AFTER THE INSTALL it was $8000 more!!! We would have chosen to make patio smaller!!!
 Lack of planning and organization on their part cost us WAY TOO MUCH MONEY
and then we were stuck, small claims court would have been more.  AND THIS WAS JUST THE START!!
I ordered glass tile for step markers from THEIR OWN SHOWROOM. When the awful fowl mouthed Subcontractor showed up FINALLY to install, he said right in front of me..."these are paperfront, they are difficult and take too long, im going up the street to another job where i can make more money and it is much easier". SO ECO BLU SOLD ME POOL TILE AND SENT AN INSTALLER THAT WOULD NOT INSTALL IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO HARD!!! Then they said, "oh that installer is always grumpy" and offered NO SOLUTION!!! I ended up having to pick ceramic tile and forgo the glass look I wanted just to get the project done and over. WHY WOULD YOU SELL THIS STUFF IN YOUR SHOWROOM IF YOU CANT EVEN GET IT INSTALLED I SCREAMED OF DEAF EARS!!
I wanted a modern look transformed, they didn't get being out of the box, they just wanted to make it like every other pool and cheap and easy! THEN...YES, there's more.....once the pool was done, they said getting the water balanced and the surface cleaned was up to the customer!!!!!
One guy and his wife in a showroom, very disorganized, the Mr. Nice guy thing fooled us completely..DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS!! I AM GUESSING THE SUBCONTRACTORS NOT EVEN LICENSED!!
ARIZONA IS THE WORST, THE AZROC makes it so difficult to even report, much less investigate, so many shoddy contractors can get a license and subcontract illegals (of many kinds) and do everything so cheap - look how horribly the homes are built even by the big corporate builders!
WARNING DO NOT USE ECO BLU POOLS, EVEN GETTING EVERYTHING IN WRITING DID NOT HELP US!!!
