Excellent. It took several technicians a couple of days to complete the work, but they were very professional and even cleaned up after themselves! They repaired the drywall where needed and even offered to re-paint the areas affected. The owner worked very hard to make sure we had what we needed and that it was done right.

Ron arrived a bit late, but immediately detected the problem and showed me the price to replace the fan. He had a replacement fan in the truck and installed it within 45 minutes. He also tested the A/C unit's capacitor and the compressor while he was there. Great job!

My husband called several other companies to get estimates for new equipment. Later that afternoon another companies technician came out and said it was just corroded connections on the compressor. He took sandpaper and cleaned the connections. $105 and my unit is working fine.

From start to finish, all work was done incredibly well and efficient. Dan, one of the installers was very helpful and honest. Our previous heating system was done horribly wrong which Verde Sol Air was very attentive to our concerns and suggestions. Verde Sol Air fixed all of our previous heating issues which was no easy task. They ran a very clean job site and everything was done to our satisfaction. They even replaced our new thermostats when the ones installed were not up to our standards. Our Geothermal system is working wonderful. We went from $700 a month heating bills to $200/month in the dead of winter with -30F temps.

Steve did a great job of diagnosing the problems (wiring in the attic in both cases) and then solving both problems. It's a holiday weekend and we have guests, so it was critical that the AC work here in Arizona. The problems were not obvious, but Steve was tenacious and efficient. He completed the entire job in less than 2 hours. We paid weekend rates, but it was worth every penny.

The unit quit working. I called Verde Sol Air and they sent one of their repair men out the same day. He did not have the correct part in his truck but did at the shop so he went to the shop and got it installed it and all was good and we could once again sleep in a cool bedroom that same night.

We called and they arrived quickly and repaired the problem. The service call which they told us on the phone would be $123.00 in addition they installed a $15 part in about 20 minutes and charged $205 for a total of $328.00. No company rep would return my phone call to discuss this. The Insurance Broker, service dryers and and cleaners,adjuster, contractor and other plumber found this price to be about 10 times the going rate.

"The statement "Emergency Service... we called and they arrived quickly and repaired the problem" speaks volumes about the service the family received after hours, on a Friday evening. Unfortunately this costs more as we must, by law, pay our highly trained technicians overtime rates in emergency situations like these. Our plumber was at the home for 1 hour & 35 minutes with an extra 55 minutes of drive time... he even drove back a couple days later and gave the Lewis' the old part back for the insurance claim (AT NO EXTRA COST). Our Service Manager left 3 messages with the Lewis family, with no reply. The only dishonest broker in this situation is the Insurance adjuster who claims a plumbing repair can be made for $35 when he knows it costs more than that just to send a fully stocked mobile plumbing warehouse to a customers door."

John arrived at the scheduled time. Inspected the job and provided an estimate. After discussing what he was going to do he set to work. He kept me informed of progress during the job. On completion of the job he cleaned up the work area. I was very satisfied with the work.

Repairman suggested a safety hazard if problem was addressed, as it was one of several. Not wanting to hear that it was time for a new heater, we appreciated their honesty and a fair price estimate for replacement.

I have used them in the past and I will not use anybody else in the future. They are honest, on time and in my case they made an exception because I was in the hospital. They are expensive but they are worth the payment.
