We used Pool Medic for 5 years. From the time we built our pool/spa until we sold the house. Because we had regular professional maintenance we never had any major issues with our pool or spa. Early on there were some warranty issues and Pool Medic assisted us in ensuring the pool builder delivered on their responsibility. Our pool and spa were always ready for us to use.
