Very competent technician! Knew how to approach the challenge and had all the tools and parts needed right there on his truck. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Another plumber had declined to even try to do the job and, said he didnâ t have the tools to do it. I would trust North Horizon to do another job but get another competitive bid first.

I asked if my existing 40 gal water heater was large enough and was told that it was. It wasn't so now I'm forced to spend another $2100 for a new water heater. Not happy.
