We thought we had selected a professional company with personnel to do this job in a timely manner. The lack of coordination was greatly disappointing.

Specifically requested to examine an elm tree since it was dropping heavy limbs and oozing sap. They advised it was fine, and it was just a bacterial infection. They trimmed the tree at a large cost. The tree died nearly immediately, and I had to have it removed (very expensive) by another company. They would not even answer a request to discuss a refund on their work. I cannot recommend this company. I have found had them do work before and they were not the easiest people to deal with.
