The service was pretty good. The guys who did the tree work were pretty good. We had them two or three times since we owned the house. We paid anywhere from $800 to $1,600 each time they work on trees.

The service was fair. We had a lot of work done. We paid them close to $70,000 for various landscaping projects.

The owner, Josh, has one interest only -- collecting money.
Very cordial but customer service with this company is virtually non-existent. 
Didn't listen to customer suggestions and requests, replaced trees where requested with bushes.  Did not receive the privacy we were seeking which was made clear to him from the very beginning.
Plant selection subpar.
Build large rock waterfall over septic tank!
Would definitely not recommend.

From the beginning they  had to reschedule our appointments multiple times always requiring us to call repeatedly. Several times no one showed up for the appointment only to call us the next day to apologize for their no show. Unfortunately, we paid the $650
 design fee up front with the promise of 2 free rewrites and a credit of $325  towards work they would perform. The workers were always pleasant which fooled us.  After MONTHS we received the plan which we found needed many modifications. Once again, the process was grueling to get them to come to our home and discuss desired changes. In the end we were informed that we would be charged for rewrites (contrary to their original statement) and that since the part of the job we could afford was minimal they would not allow us the $325 credit.  After much disappointment, frustration, and  unanswered calls, we chalked up the $650  loss as an expensive learning experience and found another company that was more affordable while offering excellent

Had them draw a landscape plan for our 1/3 acre house. Promised $350 rebate from landscape plan on any subsequent work performed. Failed to honor agreement stating our approx $2500 first project taken from the plan "wasn't big enough to receive the rebate". Bid received on project significantly more expensive than other bids received. Simply drawing the plan for a 1/3 acre house took way too long. Meeting times agreed upon were not honored. The staff seems nice enough, but the entire process was unsatisfactory. Would recommend Landscape Magic or Green Magic Landscaping instead.

We love these guys. The workers had a great attitude, arrived on time and returned until the job was done. They charged what they said they were going to charge and were professional, prompt and skilled. They trimmed tress that are old, very tall and had been neglected for years. They cleaned up at the conclusion of each day and left us very happy.

Failed to live up to their contract.
