Zero Scope Home Inspections
About us
What Is A Home Inspection? A home inspection is a completely investigative process in which a home or property is inspected to determine several things such as how the structure was built and the components used in its construction. It then goes on to locate areas of the home or its components that have been damaged or are past their serviceable lifetimes. The findings are then reported on in accordance with the Arizona Standards of Practice for Home inspectors and submitted to the customer and/or their designated real estate professional. The Home inspection is not intended to intimidate or discourage home buyers/sellers, but to rather be a tool that is utilized so that all information regarding the property is fully and confidently disclosed. Once the the inspection is completed, the findings will be reviewed with the clients either in person or via the phone.
