I contacted the provider to have an estimate made for landscape service. He came out to the house and saw the job, took measurements, and said he would e-mail me the estimate. I never received the estimate via e-mail, so I called the business phone. A lady with spanish accent answered the phone and said she had e-mailed it to me but she would send it again. I doublechecked that she had my correct e-mail address. Again I never received the estimate. So I called the business again and she said she had sent it again. In an effort to receive the estimate I told her I would e-mail her so that she would have my e-mail address in writing and could simply click on reply/attachment. I e-mailed her and never got anything back. I have to assume that she was not computer/e-mail literate and was not able to process an e-mail to me. So I gave up and had the job performed with another company. Later on I e-mailed the man who had come out to the house and told him what had happened. I said I merely wanted him to be aware that she was not connecting on jobs for him since she did not seem to know how to e-mail. I advised if he would merely acknowledge receipt of my contact directly to him I would drop the issue. But if he did not reply I would have to do a negative write-up on Angie's list. Since I have never heard anything more from him I am stating on Angie's list that I would not recommend that anyone contact this business to get estimates. Nor will I ever make contact with this business again.
