If I could give them a zero star for the hassle and everything they put husband and I through I would. Here is my husband's story. I walked into Superior Tire on a Tuesday morning I believe it was and talked to Cameron. I asked for six things to be looked at on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500: 1. Oil change (should come with tire rotation and 30 to 40 point inspection) 2. Power steering pump in poor condition, does not work at low rpms. Please investigate 3. Lots of road noise, please look at wheel bearings 4. About to pull a trailer across the country, please check my brakes 5. I'm riding on the spare tire, please put my good brand new spare tire on my good rim and replace my spare tire with a new cheap tire. 6. I asked for them to investigate reattaching my rear shock as the mount had broken off from the frame and required welding. Cameron wrote everything down and I gave him the keys and signed for him to do the oil change and inspect the things I asked for. Cameron calls me back about two hours later and says "Your truck is ready!" Confused I asked him what the shop had completed. He said "your oil change is done and you have a new tire on your spare and your good spare tire on your good rim. I asked him about my wheel bearings and my power steering I had asked him to look at and he paused on the phone as though he was reading notes from the tech and then said "yup, all good." I said "my power steering does not work. I asked you to look at it. Your tech would know it doesn't work if he had to pull the truck into the garage." This went on, and he decided to go look closer and call me back. He calls me back and tells me that he has "fired the guy that was looking at [my] truck" and that yes the power steering pump has failed and that both of my front hubs need to be replaced as well as the upper and lower ball joints. Before I tell him to continue I say hold off, I want to come down to the shop to see it. I go down to the shop on my lunch break and look quickly. I spoke with the tech and Cameron and we went out to see the truck where they showed me the condition of the front hubs and ball bearings. One side was certainly worse than the other but this was causing my road noise and likely extra tire wear as well. He also explains to me that my rear shock will require welding and they do not have a welder. Something he could have told me the moment I told him I needed a welder. We go in to see the quote on how much it will cost to do all of this work. He quotes me a total of $2260 to do the work. Labor and parts for the power steering pump, a power steering flush which I likely didn't need because most of the fluid is in the pump itself, a new pulley, and a new belt, new ball bearings, new hubs, the oil change, the tire, and a couple of tire mounting charges. I take a deep breath and a give him the ok to complete the work. He tells me it will be done by Thursday, he has to order parts. Thursday afternoon, haven't not heard a peep from the shop, I stop in. Cameron is there in the shop and tells me, oh, your truck! we have been having a hard time tracking down the correct ball bearings but we have the right ones coming now and they will be here tomorrow and your truck should be done first thing in the morning. Friday afternoon after work, again no word from the shop, I stop in to get my truck. It should be ready by now for sure. It isn't. Again the bearings are wrong. And so I leave. Cameron calls me back soon after and tells me the truck will be done Saturday morning. I tell him i'm going away for the weekend and I will pick it up on Monday. No calls from the shop since Friday afternoon, Monday afternoon at lunch I swing down to get my truck. It is still being aligned. I leave empty handed again. Another front desk guy, Tyler, calls me and tells me the truck is done. So after work Monday I go back. The truck is finally parked in a spot outside of the garage. I walk in and get Tyler to show me all the work they did. Turns out, they couldn’t get the ball bearing and ended up buying entirely new control arms that would change the fit of the bearings. That added an extra $150 to my ticket without ever telling me, Thanks Cameron. Tyler nicely reduced the cost back below the original quote. Finally got my truck. Loaded it up, packed my trailer and was off from Kingman, AZ to Elkton, MD, about 2000 miles. I get to my Dad’s house and back the trailer into his yard to unload some things into the house. The power steering locks up, the pulley shatters, and the belt is destroyed. I call superior tire first and explain that I am out of state and cannot bring the truck back in, so they give me the number of their warrantee company. Cameron never answers the phone again at this point, I deal entirely with Tyler. The warranty company runs me around a little and finally finds me a local shop near by that will tow the truck for me and look at the damage. The new shop finds two big issues: The power steering has certainly failed due to a kinked hose that would have been put on by the tech at superior tire. They also find that there is a hole or a tear in my CV shaft boot closest to the hub and most of the grease had run out and was all over the inside of my rim. I explain to the shop owner that the same shop that had just botched my power steering job also replaced the front hubs and likely removed that cv shaft to do the job. He agreed that they certainly did have to remove the cv shaft to do that job. So now I had a second claim of poor worksmanship for superior tire. The warranty company will pay for the parts that superior tire replaced and only up to the cost of the parts superior tire put on the truck. The prices are higher at this shop the warranty company selected for me. Because superior tire did not replace the cv shaft boot itself, they wouldn’t cover that and recommended I go after the shop for this repair. Well it needs to be done or I’ll destroy my cv shaft and possibly my new hubs. So I say go ahead and fix it. New power steering and new cv shaft came out to 1300+ dollars. The warranty company was willing to pay $519 of it and I was out $825 on my credit card. Upon returning to Arizona, I showed Kevin B the regional manager at Superior Tire, pictures of everything. Superior Tire, without speaking to the other shop, decided they were not responsible at all for anything further than the warranty company paid and refused to reimburse me for a dime more for my troubles despite the evidence and the spot they put me in across the country. Very poor customer service. Very poor Worksmanship. Very poor management. Do not go to Superior Tire on Stockton hill road in Kingman Az. They do not care about their customers. Not even repeat customers of which I was.

My car was towed away from my house to their shop. It had water damage inside, and they did not charge me to clean it out. It only took one day to fix the issues. I was really happy with the service.
