auto repair, satellite tv service
+ 0 moreI contacted QCAL and discussed the issue. QCAL flatly denied they did it and refused to accept responsibility. End of story.
Description of Work: The price is low because I buy the oil filter and 8 quarts of oil for my wife’s car and QCAL charges $12.00 to change the oil. Subsequent to the change, the car started leaking oil. It didn't seem to be coming from the oil pan so I took it to my mechanic instead of QCAL. Per my mechanic, the QCAL attendant over tightened the oil filter cap and that cracked the oil filter housing causing the oil leak. No one else has looked at or touched the car -since they changed the oil. I obviously am no longer a customer. It cost me $240.00 to get the car fixed.
