"(removed member name), I just checked the notes on your home and see that we did come out and replace some pipes on top of your water heater. Yes, you did pay $372.43 but that price not only included the repair, but also an annual maintenance agreement. So, really our prices are not that "crazy" We have researched what other plumbing companies charge in the area and have found that we are not that much different than others. Regarding your current situation where you cannot get your water heater to stop leaking, I have forwarded your information to our dispatcher and asked her to contact you to schedule us out (at no charge) to see what the problem is.
