Larry at LTD Management is simply awesome. He has years of experience in many areas, he has a ton of integrity and he treated me right. A pleasure to do business with him. I look forward to work with him in the future.

Larry is very knowledgeable and capable in all that he does. He and his team are very courteous and preform professionally in all that they do. Neat and tidy. They Do Good!! Highly recommended.

Lawrence was very professional in every phase of the project; even in helping pick the proper grout color.  He was on time for appointments, prompt for estimates and finished the job on time.  During the project, because we live out of state, he kepy us updated by email pictures and answered my phone calls when I had a question.
Yes, I will use LTD Management again; in fact I have projects planned.

Update-- 12/12/13- For the electrical service and painting service, everything went great. They always showed up on time. The painting job was done very professionally.

Everything went okay. I did have a flood in the kitchen the next day and he helped me clean it up.

Sounds like it was an easy chore but it wasn't.  After removing carpeting, Mr. Davis also removed the toilet.  Cleaned everything up, then proceeded to install tile that I chose.  Because I wanted 'something different', (and have NO artistic talents) Mr. Davis was given the assignment to 'create a beautiful design'....which he proceeded to do.  He put back my toilet, cleaned everything up and poof, he was gone.



A few words come to mind when dealing with Mr. Davis...Professional, Ethical, Prompt, Proficient and very Gentlemanly.  At the risk of sounding corny, I wouldn't have found this man without Angie's List.  He was everything the members said he was and more.  He's my new 'go to guy' and I would trust him more than words could say.  He's also a Desert Storm Vet, need I say more?

LTD Management & Maintenance are very professional people. They did their work. They only took two days to finish my roof and I was very happy about it. He does anything, from foundation to the roof. If I need a plumber or anything else, I'll be calling him again. I was lucky to find him. I'm happy that I picked him.

It was a fantastic experience overall I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were polite, knowledgeable and I will also have him put in a new dishwasher.

They are not reliable, they only want cash, they order their own material, the price they give you is a partial price and their work is a F.

It went well.  Larry came and provided my an estimate for the list of items I provided to him and we set up a date for the work to be performed.  Larry showed up on time and performed the work as described but the toilet did spring a leak.  Thankfully Larry was still there and quickly fixed the problem.  Everything was done well but the fix for the tub door did not hold but as soon as I notified Larry he came that day and tried another type of fix that worked better and the door is still hanging.
The Drainage system he installed in the back yard is working well and he did a really good job cleaning the gutters, even flushing them out for me with a hose.

Larry knows that my mother is in failing health and he got the shower fixed right away.  He kept the noise down so he wouldn't bother her.  He had gone and got the parts he would need before he came over.  He knew what he would need and got it.

He came out when he said he would and did the job for the price he said he would. He did a good job and finished it promptly. Lawrence knows what he is doing and gives a bid up front and lives by his bid. He does not charge to give me a bid. He was not amazing; he was just good.

Had to return to complete.  Didn't provide quotes for all of work requested.  Didn't follow up like he said he would.   We had to keep calling to get him to come out and finish.

It all went okay.  He came when he said he would and finished when he said he would.

Originally Larry was called to find out why the toilet in our front bathroom was not flushing properly.  He gave us an approximate time as to when he would come by (he was currently on another job).  He arrived within 15 minutes of the time stated, assessed the situation, told us what was needed and gave us an estimate on the cost.  He gave a time and date (3 days later) of when he would be available to make the necessary repairs. As the toilet was not leaking it was not an emergency repair and we agreed it could wait a few more days.  We gave him a downpayment on the job, so he could purchase a new toilet and the needed parts.  He came by later that same evening and dropped off the parts so they would be here when he returned to do the work.  He called the night before the scheduled date of repair to set up an exact time to do the work, as he was aware he was dealing with a household that had handicap persons in it and the need for the repair to be done quickly.
Larry arrived on time on the date scheduled, was very professional and had the repairs done (toilet replaced) in a timely manner.  His finished invoice was for the exact amount quoted with no hidden charges.
We have since called Larry to do numerous repairs including, patching a garage roof that was leaking, front porch roof leaking (removed and replaced), toilet in 2nd bathroom replaced, new sub-floor in bathroom and new flooring, repair of main circuit breaker to garage, garage toilet repaired (bad seals) as well as several other minor repairs.
I would highly recommed Larry to anyone needed general repairs and maintenace work done.  Always polite and professional and very reasonable in his pricing.

When I called him, he could tell by my story that he could get the problem fixed AND he did.  When I called him Sunday evening, he told me he had a job near my house but that he would have it repaired the next day.  He got the parts he was going to need before he got here, so he was ready to work.  I thought it was getting rather late for him to work, so I told him he could finish the next day if he would rather.  He told me no, he would stay and get things back in order before he left.

Mr. Davis ia a professional. He shopped w/me to buy materials. I needed sawing me money when ever possible. He was on time. Job took approx 2 days. The quality of work was exceptional. I am using his company for future work. I highly recommend him.

The job went very well.  We returned to the job site several times to make sure the lift worked properly.  Larry was always on time and ready to go to work.

I told Larry that I needed it done fast since I am caring for my ill mother.  Every day when they would come, he always asked about her.  He explained to me that with he new roof, the house would cool easier for her.  For this I was very greatful.  Mon had been told in the past that the swamp cooler that didn't work would be difficult to remove and that it would be very expensive.  The guys at LTD got it off the roof easily.
