Ok, we got our car back after it sat in the C & S lot for 2 and 1/2 years and $3,800. The battery is toast.
We had a flat on the front, guess the Toyo tires got a bit of dry rot after all that time! There is damage on the front end passenger side they didn't mention any responsibility for ....They wrecked my car!!!!!!...it will crank but our lungs are toast being old as we are and we cannot drive it anywhere because of our original complaint of fuel fumes inside the car.
We had a six speed put in it by Performance Solutions. It will not go in reverse now.
Over this time we kept in touch but C & S never called to give an update......not once. When we would call it was always "Next week"
All this time and they didn't fix the car as requested?! I don't know what's wrong with these people; they seem like such good people but totally incapable of doing a proper job in a decent period of time anywhere close to professionally or responsibly.
