 + -1 moreI was in the process of buying a house and needed an overall inspection done. Big D Home Inspection was recommended by the realtor. I made an appointment and met Dan Kaub (business owner) at the house. He was on time, very pleasant, and thoroughly explained the inspection process. From the roof to the swimming pool equipment, Dan checked every aspect of the house; each outlet and switch, plumbing, lighting fixtures, landscaping features, etc. He explained the positives and negatives as he went along. The next day, I received a comprehensive 45 page report with pictures in my e-mail. This was exactly the service I was hoping for and I was completely satisfied with the results. I can recommend this inspection service with confidence.
Description of Work: This was a home inspection I requested before making an offer to buy a house in Bullhead City, AZ. I wanted to be confident that I knew about the condition of the property before buying; interior, exterior, pool, foundation, etc. A thorough inspection was completed - every outlet and switch, plumbing, roofing, pool equipment, etc. This was followed up with a comprehensive written report with pictures included that was delivered the next day.
