Robert and Dan, I want to commend you for the crew you provided to repair the fascia board issues and tile roof repair on my home à ¢à  à ¦ July 25th with completion on July 26th. I greeted them out front and I regret not asking the three workers for their names --- and I should have. All three men were very polite and professional. These men worked in 110 degree heat, arriving at 6:00 am and leaving close to 3:00 pm on the 25th. I provided ice, cups and cold water (although they brought a case of water with them). When they left, there wasnà ¢à  à  t a speck of debris or material on the ground. The à ¢à  à  leadà ¢à  à  man said they would be back to finish the next day. I provided a tip to each man and they graciously thanked me. The next day they finished the job à ¢à  à ¦. I once again provided ice and some cups and they expressed their thanks. When they leftà ¢à  à ¦. The patio was clean and again, not a speck of debris on the ground. One worker was even skimming the waterfall à ¢à  à ¦. I just smiled. The à ¢à  à  leadà ¢à  à  man was so gracious and I thanked him from the bottom of my heart. This crew was exceptional and I can only hope that your customers recognize their hard work and heat conditions (that they seem to tolerate). I told Dan how very pleased I was, as he was aware that my husband passed last month. Ià ¢à  à  m navigating the sale of this house and the repairs that are needed à ¢à  à ¦. So Ià ¢à  à  m grateful for the quick turn time in making these repairs. Rodney certainly should be pleased with his affiliation with your company.

HE CAME TO MY HOME TO REPAIR A LEAK AND THEN TOLD ME THE PROBLEM AND TOLD HIM TO REPAIR ANYTHING HE FOUND AND HE INFORMED ME OF ANOTHER BROKEN TILE. HE LEFT WITHOUT REPAIR OR NOTICE OR COLLECT HIS FEES OR INFORM ME OF ANYTHING AND WOULD NOT RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS.

I recently called for three roofing estimates; one of which was Rapid Roofing Plus in Buckeye, AZ. Robert Barnett (owner) promptly responded. He answered all my questions, gave me his recommendations and I quickly had a very reasonable estimate in hand. I was very happy with his proposal and accepted it. I received advance notice of the work schedule and the crew kept me informed every step of the way. Robert's crew took the time to cover with tarps, all my newly painted driveway and sidewalks to prevent any damage to those surfaces. At the end of each work day, the crew picked up the debris on the ground and blew off the driveway, sidewalk and back patio keeping it all looking tidy. When the roof was completed, Robert called to schedule a "walk around" which no previous roofing company has ever done with me. He personally checked the roof to be sure everything was done properly and everything checked out fine. Rapid Roofing Plus is a real diamond among stones. They did a real 5 star job. Robert is very professional when arriving to perform the quote. His price is competitive and the work done in a timely manner. I would recommend you check in with the appointment desk the day before your scheduled appt as they do not reach out to confirm. Dan, the technician that performed the service, was great. When presented with the invoice, it really lacked in customer service just an email that states send a check. Disappointing give

Robert the owner is amazing! His price was very competitive and the work was done is a timely manner. Unfortunately my awning was ripped in the process and Robert made it right without a hassle! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof!!

Craftsmanship issues in the beginning but was immediately corrected.

Rapid was here 5 days, 7 to 8 hours daily. Clear all areas around the house every day before leaving. Great crew and excellent project manager.

We had all of our felt underlayment replaced on our Home and Casita. It was a large job with lots of repairs involved. This company provided us with the best experience we have ever had with any contractor/repair service. The price was literally thousands less than their competition. The quality of the work was just outstanding. They left our property perfectly clean upon completions and showed respect for us as well as our animals. I highly recommend this company!!!! An honest contractor is a rare thing these days but Shawn is one of them. I hired them to fix the roof of a house that was for sale. Shawn got it done a week ahead of schedule and cheaper than the rest of the estimates i received. He also provided me with a roof certificate, a warranty of sorts, something that not all roofers do. Great to work with, I work the late shift so my schedule is difficult to say the least but Shawn did everything in his power to make the project go smooth.

The men showed up on time, they worked steady, cleaned up after themselves , worked fast, yet communicated excellence in their work.

An honest contractor who met my schedule requirements and priced his service at a reasonable amount. I'll refer him to all my fellow Real Estate Brokers and Agents in the west valley.

I couldn't see the completed work since it was on the roof but from everything else about him, I quite trust that it is quality work. Charges were reasonable and method of payment very accommodating. I will pass his card on to the person who is buying my home.
