The last time I used their services was mid of last year. I do not know the exact amount I spent on them, but I felt like I was getting reasonable cost from them. What they like to do is carpentry. It was through them that I found TWD. Also, it was through him and a recommendation from somebody else that I went with the electric guys. So, he was sort of the contractor bringing in the subcontractors and also doing the carpentry work at my house. Well had they not got another contract they were doing work for me. They then got another contract and they were gone. They told me that they would be back in two weeks to do the floor. I could not get them to do all of it, as they never got to it. They said, "if you do not mind can we come back in two weeks to do that," and I said that is fine, and they never came back. I ended up having to do it myself. They had made a hell of mess in my yard with wood and blocks, and what not. So because they got the other contract I became peanuts and no longer worthy. I thought that they were awesome, they had my complete trust and I felt that their price was competitive, but they did ditch me in the end for the other job.

The homeowner had asked if we would perform additional flooring work for her but because of commitments to other customers we were unable to take on the additional work at that time. We told the homeowner that we would be able to return in a few weeks to do the additional work but she did not want to wait and said that she would have her son take care of the work since it was minimal. Had we known that the homeowner wanted us to perform the additional work, we would have gladly returned when available. Every job is a priority, both large and small. We have never nor would we ever leave a job unfinished."
