No surprises. Joseph was very professional. Explained everything he was going to do before it was done. He did the steps exactly as it was explained. My carpet looks brand-new and smells great. Price was reasonable and the job was done pretty quick. What I love is that we are a "Please remove your shoes before entering" house and he came prepared with shoe covers. :) I've had people ignore the sign at our door. Highly recommended!
