KIRK'S AUTOMOTIVE

Kirk's Automotive is wonderful. I have a 98 Dodge Ram Diesel with over 200,000 miles on it. It needed a new radiator and other service. A couple months later the alternator went out. Kirk's Auto repaired everything at a fair price and did it all right the first time. All repairs were done timely. And as an added bonus, they even refilled my windshield washer fluid and made sure my truck was ready for the long haul.

We didn't have any major problems with our car that needed addressing, just minor repairs and routine maintenance. Overall we were satisfied with the results. I gave them a "D" on professionalism because of one event: We realized the morning after dropping the car off that we had forgotten to remove the garage door opener. We drove to the dealer at opening time and found the car on the lot unlocked. I wasn't very happy to think that our car was unlocked all night, especially with the garage door opener in it. When we talked to the service department manager, he very casually apologized. He didn't seem to think it was important. But then, of course, it wouldn't have been his house that could have been burglarized.

They're not bargain priced but we've been very pleased with the work they've done on our elderly Explorer. They just did repairs on the power train that has old Bessie running much smoother. They did the work on time and as promised. They have always been courteous and responsive.
