From the beginning of the bid process to the completion of our home Karl Brim was right on top of the whole process, he even went to bat for us when the permit departments weren't doing their jobs, so the construction process would not be delayed. Once we got through the permit process everything ran very smoothly, our finished home is beautiful and we would definitely recommend his expertise and services to others.
