He did a great job. He offered a flat fee for two hours of service. We had a list of minor jobs. We just ran through the list. The most important was re-installing a washing machine. Then there were five or six things, a loose screw here or there, a light fixture that wasn't working that he managed to fix. He fixed a lock on one of our gates. He was great. He gave us advice about how he was doing it. Showed us how to fix it if it broke again. This was the first time I'd used this provider. He was hardworking, fast, and really bright. He was fun to have around.

Jim was on time and friendly. He had given me an estimate over the phone and explained how he would complete the projects. He worked quickly and explained to me what was being done. When he was finished he asked me to look at the work and guaranteed my satisfaction. Everything looks and works great! I would recommend Jim to anyone.
