Everything went well. Our roof had some surprises, and all issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. David, the owner, is a wonderful professional to deal with. He is knowledgeable, personable, and in my opinion a man of his word and integrity. He gave us the estimate on the spot, did the work on the date scheduled, and did the work quickly. His crew is hard working and professional. He guarantees his work, and follows up with periodic visits to check how things are working out after the work is done. David was professional and courteous. He always responds to phone calls and texts. His crew was awesome. First they set up tarps to protect the landscaping and to catch the falling debris. Then they replaced the wood strips and roof paper. Finally they reset the existing tile. During the job it was evident that the crew truly was interested in doing a proper and professional job. I called David on Tuesday. He told me he would be at my house around 3:00 on Friday. Friday I get a text around 2:15 that he's on his way. He arrived shortly after that. He saw the leak in my ceiling and then inspected my roof. He found the problem almost immediately. He fixed it in less than 30 minutes.he also gave me other tips about my roof tiles and what to look out for. He is a true professional. I would highly recommend him. He also did not charge me for this service and refused a cash tip. It's hard these days to find someone with such honesty and integrity.

Excellent. Read the reviews and selected D&M based on the fact there were no negative comments. The owner David was "down-to-earth" and pleasant to communicate with. He showed me what was wrong with the area and how he would fix it. David took pictures for me and emailed them to me since we were selling the home and needed proof of repair. He did a great job and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I highly recommend using his services and agree with one of the other reviews - "You don't come across many people like David".

D&M is a winner!

I got multiple estimates for a roof replacement due to storm damage D&M was not the least expensive, but I was more comfortable with their estimate due to our conversations regarding what was needed (removal of old water heater solar panel, some new decking due to prior removal of old evap coolers, etc). Once we made our decision, we signed the contract and scheduled the job. The crew arrived on time and completed the job on time. They even worked a little later than usual to get the job done on time. They cleaned up everything satisfactorily. I had heard horror stories about the mess other roofers leave, so I was very concerned about this aspect in addition to the quality of work.

David stopped by the day after the job was completed to check over it again and confirm we were pleased with the work. He also offered to come back and repair a crack in our patio roof (not part of this job) the following week.

David and his crew repaired and replaced our roof along with some minor carpentry work during the summer of 2014. It was an older roof and needed a lot of work. His crew did a very professional job and David sent me photos throughout since I was remote. When we had a minor water leak from our a/c unit in November of this year, David repaired it at no cost even though it was unrelated to the work they did. In addition, David comes out each year to visually inspect the condition of the roof. David is very customer friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

Extremely attentive services...from job estimate to purchase of materials to install...job completed in a little over a day...and clean up was excellent.   Owner, David Garcia,  installed our neighbor's roof about 3 years ago, and worked with me to keep my roof in repair until I could save the money for my roof install.  He quoted his labor cost approx. 2 years before that reality was met, and 2 years later still  gave me the same labor cost...cost of materials went up slightly from the building supplier over that time but this was not a surprise and was made clear before the contract.  The installers were professional and competent;  the owner was frequently on site; and  the quoted price was the full price.  We are happy to recommend David's company, "D&M Roofing, Inc." to Angie's List.  The roofing company met and exceeded our expectations. 

We had quite a few shingles damaged by storms. Inspection also revealed that there was no felt underlayment on the ridge so we decided to fix that and upgrade the ridge with a vented version.
David and crew were prompt and professional. Cleanup included a sweep with a magnet for nails.

Couldn't get a roofer to come or even answer the phone. Toni answered the phone, showed up the next day. Gave me an estimate'
( much higher then I thought it would be), but came out the next day and did the repair quickly.

David was on time for the repairs and took the time to explain where all of the leaks were coming from and what was causing them. He took before and after pictures and sent me copies. I was very pleased with the quality of work he performed and the cost. That was not the best part. He has reached out to me after each of the big storms we experienced over the summer to see how the roof was holding up. I have had roof repairs done on previous homes and David was the best by far. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs roof repairs.

Contractors like David are few and far between these days. We had a leak in the attic which took out part of the Kitchen ceiling. I called Dand M roofing at 9:10 AM and David said he would be at my place at 1:30. Mind you, this is a day when they're predicting severe weather from a storm coming in. We are in a little bit of a panic as we now have a 5 foot hole in our kitchen ceiling and foam insulation falling everywhere. The door bell rang at 1:30 and David was up on our roof at 1:35. Not finding any problem there, he proceeded into the attic where he found there was an Air Conditioner drain problem causing the leak. He was kind enough to temporarily clean the drain pan for the A/C and descended from the attic covered with dust and sweat to tell me and quot;No Chargeand quot;. He said he's an expert at repairing roofs but didn't know a lot about Air Conditioning and to please keep his name handy should we have any future concerns. In this day and age where it seems harder and harder to find an honest business where they do what they say they're going to and when they say, David is a breath of fresh air. He has not only earned any future repairs we might have but his name and number will be immediately available to our friends and family. Can't thank him enough. I'm still a little bit in shock. David answered his phone, showed up on time, gave me a prompt estimate, returned when he said he would, performed the work agreed upon and even did some additional work at the price agreed upon. This is old school customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Very pleased.

After many estimates and one very exhausting horrible experience with another roofer I found D and M Roofing, LLC. They are the reason I joined Angies List, I believe they deserve as much recognition as possible! From start to finish David Garcia and his crew were incredibly professional. David was the first contactor who actually listened to me and provided us a solution that fit our needs instead of just trying to talk over me or sell me something that wasn't necessary. They showed up on time and started and finished my roof right on time. They were very courteous to our neighbors and cleaned up the site everyday. My roof looks AMAZING and it doesn't leak. I would and have recommended David and his crew to anyone that will listen!

Excellent job over all from start to finish, very professional, cleaned up after them self's on a daily basis as well as left my yard in a much cleaner state. Would recommend David and his crew at D and M to friends and family members for any roofing needs they may have. If the need arises, and I certainly hope it doesn't, I would have them without question. Very refreshing to see a business run were the customer is the most important part of the equation, not the speed in which they can get the job done, get their money and move on to the next.
