Arizona Superior Awning

BEWARE!!! Our Fraternal Charity Lodge was quoted on work to be done. They showed up only once to take down the damaged material. They NEVER returned to finish the work. All we got was promises of them showing up but they never did. We used their quote for our insurance claim and then AZ Superior Awning came back saying they misquoted and needed more money. After several attempts to either get the work done or get our stolen deposit back, we were met with unanswered calls, texts and emails. They never made any attempts to solve the problem caused by their ineptitude. Just lies and false promises. Our Lodge is still without an awning and still angry of literally being robbed by this supposed quality company. If they can steal from a charity they can steal from you.

I had the shade sail installed by this company Arizona Superior Awning . It's been only one year since the install and the whole entire thing is already falling apart. I sent him pictures of what it looks like now and he says the damage was caused by a recent storm we had here in Arizona . The Shade Sail came with a 10 year warranty but the company refuses to come back out to repair the damage because 'they say' it was caused by a storm . They said that they don't cover weather damage but failed to ever mention this to me before the installation, otherwise I would've never have had the shade sail installed in the first place. I called them so many times and they always make excuses that they are too busy. They also are trying to charge me $300 to fix it. I originally paid almost $3,000 for it and to refuse to repair damage NOT caused by me, is ridiculous! I would like everyone to know- do NOT use this company for your shade needs. All they care about is the SALE not the SERVICE!
