Alarm Me Now consists of two guys, the owner and an assistant. He shows up to your house to install cameras in a sub-compact car, with a compact ladder on top! Forget about him getting onto a roof. His business address is a PostNet mail box store and his e-mail address is a phony g-mail address. Yeah, they have a website but that means nothing. Very marginal skills. They chop holes in your drywall to string cable when this could be done without you replacing drywall. They installed cameras onto my home for home security. But they forgot to adjust the settings on some of the cameras, if they even knew there were settings. Soon after the install, the cameras with improper settings started showing fuzzy images that later broke apart completely. The owner (Hight) then said they were cheap cameras because I bought them on my own, not from him. My cameras were from one of the largest and best-known makers of security equipment and all of them worked perfectly except for the ones where he didn’t make the settings correct. He then pitched me cameras that cost $500 each, saying that would solve the problem. When I called another tech out, all he needed to do was adjust the settings on my existing cameras and the images are perfect and they’ve been that way for a year now. Stay away from this company!!! No skills. No proper installation equipment. They try to pitch you expensive equipment that you don’t need. And they charge $75 to provide “service” (pitching you new equipment) on their “warranted” installation! Who ever heard of charging you $75 for fixing THEIR mistakes and incompetence when the installation is under warranty? And their address is a mailbox store. Go elsewhere.
