+ -1 moreHorrible Experience. Before the company came out, I called and asked to confirm the work. They refused to talk to me and said it was on the work order. I explained I'd be out and didn't want any mistakes. I asked to speak to the technician. He never called me back. He came to the house, didn't fix the tub and left it in pieces and "fixed" the wrong toilet...one that wasn't even broken! I called back and they said they'd call me back to tell me when they'd finish the tub and come back for the toilet. They never called back. I guess I'm lucky to have only lost the $55 service call. They stink! PS: Every time I did talk to the office, they were very rude and condescending.
Description of Work: Company supposed to fix toilet and tub.
