 + -1 moreSmoothly and efficiently. One snag with Cochise Painting needing a replacement part for sprayer. However, they quickly solved this problem. Would use them again for home as well as commercial work any day.
Description of Work: Commercial Job. Power wash all masonry, scrape all peeling paint from woodwork; caulk and repair woodwork/fascia as needed, prime all bare wood, brush acrylic paint on trim and fascia; spray overhang and walls, back roll walls, spray metal doors and wrought iron.
