I have been shopping at Snows Little Bead Room for several years. Fran Snow is the owner and a real pro. Her staff, Emily, Jan and Cleo are always ready to help you. Whether it's for supplies for a total project, or just that one bead you can't find elsewhere

The walls of this little shop are just bursting with crystals, pearls, semi-precious stones and seed beads. The pricing is below what you would expect to fine elsewhere.
There are several teachers that come in on a regular basis to teach the different beading stitches, during the winter months there are classes on most days of the week.
When summer comes round, the formal classes are by request only, but their summer program is very unique. On any given day, a group will sit down for free lessons, good conversation, and friendly advice. And the instructions are free, just buy your supplies from Snow's. Brown bag lunches are welcome.
Fran will make sure you are happy with your purchases, and if, for some reason you are not, she will do whatever it takes to make it right.
I return time and again and am always delighted with my visits there. Please feel free to call or visit six days a week from 9 am to 5 pm.
