GIANT ELECTRIC

After looking at our situation, Aaron from Giant Electric told us that repairing or replacing the pipe heater would have been a lot of work and cost a lot of money - which is what we were afraid of before we called him.
Aaron was very professional and helped us find a solution to the broken pipe heater by suggesting we have a plumber come out and give us an estimate for burying the pipes and bringing them inside the house. He recommended Ken from Mr. Rooter (that used to be Cochise Plumbing) whom we had worked with before.
My husband also asked Aaron to look at a couple of wiring issues, since he was there, and he was able to fix the problems on the spot.
We're very happy with Giant Electric and will call them for any electrical work we need in the future. The plumbing job turned out great too!

Arron is a great guy to work with. Not only did he do an excellent job in the electrical, he helped me find contractors to do other work as well. He also found a major mistake another contractor had made, that could have burned the building to the ground! If you want a job well done, for a fair price, Giant is the one to use!

He wasn't as professional as others I have worked with, but he was more friendly and easy to talk to. The price was reasonable because he stayed longer then he was supposed to be, and he still didn't charge me. He also gave me advice to protect my house from fire or anything dangerous. He was also here when he said he was going to be here. He went above and beyond on what he was supposed to do.

They are concerned about their local reputation. They were good to work with.

Arron is a great guy, very personable. He is honest and ethical and easy to work with. We were able to discuss plans and alternatives as well as options for lighting fixtures. He does small residential jobs. Call him before the word gets around and he gets very busy!
