Randy from Tile & Grout Improvements and his associates are responsive and very knowledgable - absolute master craftsmen. They were always professional, courteous and communicate very well. They show up as agreed and are prepared with the right tools. I found them very easy and pleasant to work with and always felt confident that the work was being done right.

THE KITCHEN TILE WAS CLEANED AND SEALED SO THAT DIRT WOULD NOT PENETRATE THROUGH THE GROUT. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB HE DID ON THE KITCHEN TILE AND ENTRYWAY. HOWEVER THE BATHROOM TILE THAT HE REPLACED WAS NOT FLUSH IN AREAS. ALSO THE TILE FLOOR WAS MERELY PAINTED AND CAME OFF THE FIRST TIME I CLEANED THE TUB. HE DID GIVE US SOME PAINT TO REPAINT IT OURSELVES.
