I have 2 toddlers in the home who sit on light beige microfiber chairs. They were so bad, I was going to get them reupholstered. However, I thought I'd give it a try and have The King Services clean them. Much to my surprise - they looked BRAND NEW! They looked just the way they did when they were brand new! I also used him in a rental home to clean the tile and grout, and it also came out looking awesome.
