This can be negotiated for smaller jobs. Some standard projects, like water heater replacements, are quoted at a flat rate. Handy-man rates depend on the job. For East Valley work or other areas of excessive distance from Avondale, there *may* be a small trip fee included - this will depend on the amount of work to be done and/or the number of jobs I can line up in the same area. - Not a licensed contractor.
