I could not be happier, especially the 2nd time, it was the middle of July and my AC unit went out on a Saturday. Chris got back to me Saturday night and agreed to come out the next day on a Sunday. I do not know too many service techs that would come out on a Sunday, so I am very grateful for this, and not having the beginning of my work week disrupted.

Was hearing dripping noises and concerned they might be water. Chris went up into a hot attic to make sure condensation was flowing through the drip line.

We had just purchased a house and they came out right away. He indicated that everything was in good order and that the unit had been serviced prior to us moving in. The service was great.

He mentioned that the Freon might be low and he needs to add. I thought 1 lb might be enough but it took 5lb and he never mentioned that it could be as high as 5lb and the cost per lb is $45. So, I ended up paying $240 plus $40 for the 20-point inspection. I should have simply called my home warranty company and got it over with $60 instead :-( I wish he was more upfront about how much it would cost me so that I could have made the right decision instead of spending $280.

He was exactly on time, the service went smoothly.  My air conditioner needed a part, the guy had it on his truck and did the repair at the same time.  Fair price, fantastic service.  This guy was great and I'd recommend him to everyone who needs AC help.

They came out on time and did the work. They gave me a report and everything was fine. They told me about a potential problem that would show up in the future so I would be forewarned about it. The pricing was excellent and if I needed service, I would give them a call.
