"We appreciate your valuable feedback. In May, we performed an initial cleaning under your husband's name, which took approximately 5.3 "Man Hours" with three individuals working on the site. Following the cleaning, your husband conducted a walk-through and expressed his satisfaction. However, he later mentioned a minor dust issue near the bathroom faucet. We offered to send someone to rectify it, but he declined, considering it a small area. As a gesture of goodwill, I proposed to include the baseboards for free in the next "standard cleaning" since your husband was satisfied with the job done by the team overall. When your husband scheduled the subsequent cleaning, it was actually intended to be a post-construction cleaning, which entails additional work and supplies for construction areas, including the baseboards in that specific zone. The pricing for this particular job was discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. However, upon our arrival, your husband was not present to grant access, and our attempts to reach him by phone went unanswered. Consequently, we temporarily halted our team's work and urged him to contact us. Eventually, we were able to connect with him, reschedule the appointment, and as a gesture of goodwill, we waived the $50 no-show fee. Upon completing the second appointment, which was the post-construction cleaning, we conducted another walk-through with your husband, and he confirmed that the cleaning met his expectations, promptly making the payment. We always prioritize customer satisfaction through these walk-throughs and make every effort to promptly address any concerns. Regrettably, I have not received any recent phone calls or voicemails from him, which I would have been more than happy to discuss. Thank you for your understanding."
