This team was quick, efficient and clean. It started with Glenn, unlike the other vendors, who took the time explain in detail what had to be done and why. It was not sales pitch. He educated me so I could make an informed decision, whether I used him or not. Very professional. And his crew was the same. They arrived early the first day and removed tiles in one section, determined whether repairs were needed, did the repairs, and then sealed the roof and replaced tiles. This went on for 6 days. Each day, the workmen made a point of limiting the amount of debris around the house. If it were not for the hammering, one would not know they were working. What was impressive was the professionalism of this team. At the end of each day, they cleaned the area, put away tools and hauled away the trash and debris.

I thought their price was reasonable but we had some bumps in the road. We had them do a repair and then they had to come back and redo it because the roof had to have more extensive work done on it. They resolved the issues.

Over all it went great.

We only received an estimate.

First, I am partly to blame because I prepaid a company that I hadn't even met or gotten an estimate from. The service was for $ 150 towards clay tile roof repair. The owner came to look at the leak pretty promptly. It took an hour for him to put chicken scratch on a piece of paper with a price for the 6ft x 6ft repair. No itemization, idea of supplies, no warranty etc. Ends up that price was as much to replace 2/3rd of my clay tile roof. He was trying to take advantage of a female in my opinion. Since I had prepaid & didn't want to get nothing for it I had him at least bring me clay tiles which he did. The price per each was a bit high but he followed through none the less.

Some roof tiles were damaged duing hail storm last year and this cosed the roof to leak. Contacted Above & Beyond Roofing and they provided a detailed estimate. While doing the estimate they also made recommendations for other trouble areas on the roof. We contracted them to do the work which was done on the roof. During the repairs that were done to the roof they also walked the whole roof and hammered in any nails that were sticking to ensure that the tiles would remain in place. They also checked and repaired the mortar caps. Very pleased with the workmanship and the courteousness of the workers.

We called Glenn over the New Years holiday since we noticed some loose corner roof tiles while taking off our holiday lights, he said he will be able to come out and do a free estimate in a couple of days. He came out did an inspection of the entire roof and gave an estimate and also told us that since it was a relatively minor repair that he could go ahead and do the work now if we wanted. We agreed on the repair and and about an hour later, the work was completed. Glenn also brought down 3 extra tiles that the builder had left behind on our second story roof. All in all we are happy with result and would use him again in the future if the need arises. (also a large part of the decision to go ahead with Glenn is because I also called 2 other roofing company and one never called us back while the second couldn't fit us in until the weekend)

They arrived very promtly to the appointment and gave a professional and thorough estimate, but the bid was much higher than another bid we recieved, even considering the Big Deal we purchased. In their defense, they said the job needed to be much bigger than the job the lower bid was including, so they may have done a better job, but we will go with someone else.

I liked that they were very quick to come out and that they were able to fix some things that another company did not do for us. Their quote was very reasonable; they were on time and reliable. They were a good company to go with and I definitely recommend them to my friends.

l The crew came and got to work immediatly. From start to finish the job took about 40 mins. There were approximatly 8-10 tiles that needed to replaced or repaired. Every one was courtious, cleaned up the work area, and let me know when the job was finished. From start to finish, it was a good experience, and I would not hestitate to call this company again. I would also highly recommend them to others.

It was excellent. The workers were wonderful and answered all my questions. If I pointed out something they would take their time and correct it. They were very neat and clean.

Completed the job in two full days and they did a terrific job of cleaning up. Tore off in one day and replaced the second day. A crew of about 5-6 men. No mess, no problems.
