flooring contractor
+ -1 moreI had great difficulty getting the owner to even return my calls to set up the installation. The crew he sent were great but poorly trained. The owner's inspection involved glancing around one or two of the 5 rooms. 18 months later there are places were the flooring is starting to "give" and the shortcuts taken with the quarter round are showing. Quarter round is pulling from the wall and even loose in some places. The manager is intimidating and difficult to get to, let alone asking him to fix things.
Description of Work: Installed laminate flooring.
