They started when they said they would. The job took longer than expected because when they went to power wash the house all the old paint started chipping off. A power wash that should have taken 4 hours took 4 days. Because the prior paint job was done so poorly, Willis had to make sure every piece of old paint was stripped off the house before applying the new coat. It turned out to be a lot more than they or I expected. Surprisingly they did not ask for any additional funds. They probably lost money on this job.
I needed some plaster work on the patio ceiling which also turned out to more than anticipated. They did a great job on that as well.
If there was any negative aspect to the job it would be that they could have covered up more of my landscaping and things like hoses before painting. There was a lot of overspray on my stuff after they were done.
Overall I am very satisfied with the job Willis Painting did. I would use them again without a doubt.
