Joe came out the day after I called. It was quickly determined the door switch was burned out. Joe replaced the switch with a $5.00 part and charged me $85 for the labor. He tested the door switch and it was working.
I was not too happy with the cost written on the invoice but was satisfied the micro was once again working. The tech was friendly and neat and showed up on time.
As an update I called his service for another appliance issue it took 5 hours to get a return call and that just sealed the door closed for any future business with this company.

Able to receive service the next day. Joseph came on time. Easy to schedule for the service. Joseph explained what needed to
be repaired. Showed us how to clean out the water line if it builds up lime again. Very satisfied with professionalism and
manner in which the service was provided.

Called company and they were able to come out the next morning. The three year old refrig. stopped working and they were able to diagnose and suggest further repairs if needed. Very professional and were basically the only company we could find who could come out to fix our appliance the next day. The other 5 companies called did not seem interested in our business. Was extremely pleased with this service.

They provide awesome service. They repair both small and large appliances like dishwashers, dryers, ovens, ranges and refrigerator's. They are very reasonably priced. They were prompt, courteous and got the work done. The quality of their service was very good. They wanted to make everything perfect. There were tiles around the dishwasher and it was not fitting in properly. They made sure that even with a piece of tile that it was leveled, plumb and square. They took the time to do it right.
