Three Phase Mechanical

We've had 3 Phase Mechanical do annual checkups in the past and replace a bad motor on the unit before. Service has always been great. This year I forgot to schedule for the check up and sure enough the first 100 degree day we come home to an iced up evaporator. I called on Saturday morning and Renee checked and called back that they could have a technician out between 11 and 1 and Robert showed up early. Robert gave us the options and he had us back going in no time. We know at 15 years old we'll have to replace the unit soon but at least it buys us some time to decide which unit to go with in the near future. It's nice to have such a great local company in Apache Junction especially one that the owners are involved in the community also.

Three Phase did an exceptional job! They were able to replace our unit the day after we called them. Todd and Ed were very professional and trustworthy. Renee was always available and got back to us quickly. Three Phase was recommended to us by a friend and we can now see why they talked so highly of them! We would recommend Three Phase to anyone.

Air went out on a Friday afternoon and I was able to get them out the next day. Two other companies either didn't respond or were unavailable until Sunday. Robert was able to temporary repair the unit until a new unit could be installed. He installed a new unit on Wed. and it is working great. In order to make the decision on a new unit Robert was able to convey to us through what he felt was wrong with the 16 yr. old unit and to show us pictures of the burnt out unit. Our air conditioner is on our roof so the pictures really did help us understand what he was telling us. I felt he was honest and his price was in the ball park. He and his staff were professional and treated us with respect and concern. The day the unit went out it was 110 degrees. He showed when he said he would and the work was completed in less than 4 hours. With our roof unit a crane had to be ordered and it arrived on time as well. Overall a great experience. I have second house l unit as well and will be calling Three Phase Mechanical to servicer this one as well.

Showed up on time and got it running. Thats the good part. Was advised that unit very old and should be replaced.
Asked for estimate on 3 separate phone calls and was told would get to me immediately. Nothing yet!
Also,just found out about their 10% senior discount which was never offered me----and I am obviously a senior.
Many more to choose from on here and hoping they are more reliable

My husband dealt with them. The person who came out was a straight and honest person. My husband was actually thinking of getting a new machine and they talked him out of it.

Given what I know about A/C, Robert could have told me that the compressor was shot. It would have cost me thousands and I would have paid it. However, he checked and said that the 22-year old blower motor was dead, for a cost of $380 installed. Because he had the unit on his van, even though I called at 3pm, he had the system up and running again by 7pm. Very impressive!

These guys are extremely easy to do business with. They are very trustworthy both times I use them they could have charged much more but gave me an honest appraisal on just what needed to be done. Highly recommended.

I cannot express how great this company is. They are HONEST, reliable and just give the best service in the Valley. Renee is wonderful with scheduling, answering questions and follow-up. Robert and his crew are amazing with the quality of work, knowledge and the attention to detail to the job their are performing. They are thorough, courteous, professional and just an all around GREAT local company. If you want an honest company that tells you like it is and will give you great service Three Phase is it. I wouldn't use ANYONE else and neither will my neighbors now. Thanks Robert and Renee for everything!!
