It took 3 days to get it done. But the AC works excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that he changed out my programmable thermostat with a non programmable. But overall he was efficient and pleasant to deal with

Didn't have the warranty part so installed a temp. Three days later Steve replace the temporary part. All went well and now have cold air! I find Steve to be reasonable and always gives accurate estimates. Will use again and recommend again.
