My roof leaked under their warranty and they would not locate or fix the leak. My roof was cracking as their work did not stand up as it should have. They did give a small discount to reseal the entire roof again which they said would repair any leaks if any of the roof cracks were causing the leak. The roof still leaked and they failed to return to my property to try to solve the issue but wanted to quote me to do more work. All thumbs down. Do not trust this company with your biggest investment! We ended up locating and sealing the leak ourselves and filed a complaint with the AZ Registrar of Contractors but since we altered the work (sealing the crack and protecting our home from the rain pouring in) our claim was denied. May have to file a lawsuit afterall which I would never want to do..... Having a contractor follow the poor work of R&S means they have to tear up what R&S did which is going to be much more expensive. Do not use Pat Stapelton and/or Tammy Stapleton from R&S Roofing. I am paying a high price for the mistake of using them twice! I should have known better than to use them again but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt trying to come to a solution that could work for everyone.....well, it didn't work out for us as the homeowner at all. Roof is still leaking....
