Don was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right pool heater for my house. The work was done very professionally and I was very impressed by how easy the process was to work with them. I highly recommend them!

Don and his wife , Elaine were awesome. Always on time, or would call a day ahead if an issue. Which they rarely did. Don was excellent at troubleshooting any problem we had and was very reasonable with pricing. Would still be using their services, except we moved to Nevada.

Don actually did a good job maintaining my pool. The reality is that pool maintenance techs are a dime a dozen and Don hates his life and takes it out on customers. PRO TIP: The PROBLEM is that Don is really unprofessional. He really really REALLY hates being asked a question about a solution he proposes to a problem. His response usually is, â I've been doing this for 20 years, I don't have time to explain myself, I can get new customers in 20 minutesâ . PRO TIP: Donâ t have him drain your pool. He requires that you monitor the pump as it is draining the pool even though you are paying him to take care of everything. If you don't mind monitoring the progress of the pool being drained, ask for a discount since you are doing his job. Also, best not to have the pool drained when you aren't able to monitor. PRO TIP: Don likes to throw the pool debris literally anywhere but a trashcan. Make sure you are very clear with him what your expectations are otherwise he dumps the leaves in your yard right next to the pool or on your driveway or the street in front of your house. PRO TIP: Don likes to repair parts without providing a quote, then he just serves the cost to you in an invoice. Make sure you are clear with him about how and when he can repair or replace parts. PRO TIP: If you are fine working with a decent pool tech who thinks he is Gods gift to pool service and is straight up one of the most curmudgeonly men you will ever encounter, look no further, Don is your guy. There is nothing wrong with his pricing or his maintenance (except his inability to use a trash can). He or is wife will show up, work their magic, and leave within 5 minutes and your pool will be crystal clear. If you blink you will miss them. HOWEVER, anything beyond the basics and Don can get a bit temperamental. I have a 2 year old son, sometimes my son is easier to rationalize with then with Don.

My pool was green, and my then pool service company was not responding. I went on the Angi app looking for help. Precise Pool Service to the rescue! Don was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came out the next day. My pool was back in shape in a few short days. He earned my business that day.

Hired Don for regular pool maintianence. He had a very professional pitch and talked a big game about how customer service is important to them. Paid him in advance and then after three weeks of services he just disappeared. I assumed he may be coming earlier and all and then after a weeks the pool looked dirty. When I contacted him, he claims that for business reasons he has decided to no longer service us. Claims he sent us an email indicating this but could never deliver proof when asked. Left is in a bind and scrambling. I would not hire him, HIGHLY UNREALIABLE. Probably never showed up the last two week after he was paid in advance.

I hired Don and "Precise Pool" for pool service and he could not keep my pool clean at all. Upon watching my surveillance footage it's easy to see why. He and his wife spent an average of 7 minutes at my property each time they stopped, barely brushing or cleaning the pool at all, at certainly not adding the proper chemicals. Don't fall for his low chlorine spiel, this is just a dirt cheap guy trying to add stops to his route that he doesn't want to do any actual work for.

Don's identified the source of why algae in our pool would never get removed. We replaced our cartridge based filter with a properly sized Sand Filter. I'm very happy with the outcome. I hated the cartridges because they constantly got clogged with dirt and Algae (we live in windy area). Don installed it and the pool looks great. We have gotten to the point where regular cleaning is happening. I would recommend PrecisePool.com to everyone.
