MORGAN HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTING

The painter was aware of the problems with the stucco cracking off houses built in our area.  These homes were built in 1994. He cleaned the exterior off first.  Then the crew applied a coating to the old stucco to give it more strength so the cracking would not continue as much, or more than normal wear for 108 degree summer heat in Arizona.  The crew then painted the exterior with the colors that we had selected at the paint store, Dunn Edwards.  This excellent store was suggested by the Painter.  A nice feature of Dunn Edwards is that if you take a picture of the front of your house, they will superimpose your chosen colors onto the picture so that you get a vision of what the completed paint job will look like.
The Painter's crew were very professional, and performed excellent work.  What also impressed my Wife and I is that the owner of Morgan Home Improvement came over after the job was completed by his crew, and even though we were not home at the time, marked areas for a quick touch up.  He was actually more of a perfectionist than I am. 
Morgan Home Improvement is tops in exterior painting.  I recommend them to all my neighbors.
