The customer service representative said they would only reduce the
internet expense by moving to a bundled package. I already have
satellite TV and have been very satisfied, so no interest in moving to
their cable and I have no interest whatsoever in their home phone line.
We initially did have their home phone, but I had it disconnected
within a few days of starting due to the incredible amount of
telemarketing calls. I mentioned to the service rep that I was no
longer willing to pay the excessive amount for internet service and that
I would move to a competitor. The response was okay...go ahead. I
moved to CenturyLink right after that for less than half the cost and I
have been very satisfied. Medicom continues to send numerous marketing
pieces through the mail pitching their bundled packages. Good
luck...home phone is a dying business.
