LIKE NEW HOUSE PAINTING

Tim was able to meet me at the home quickly to do the estimate. The date to do the work and cost were agreed to at that time. The original bid did not include painting the ceiling in the great room and kitchen, I later determined that these ceilings also needed to be painted. I called to add this task and we agreed on a price for the added work over the phone before the job began. Tim and his crew were very professional and pleasant to talk to. A couple small spots needed to be touched up and the work was completed quickly (I met Tim as he and his crew were cleaning up on the last day, walked through all the rooms with Tim and the areas were touched up within minutes). The job was estimated to take 3 to 4 days and the work was in fact completed in 3 1/2 days. My only suggestion for possible improvement would be in the cleanup (vacuuming inside and pressure washing the garage floors needed to be done; I suspect that's not typically part of the job)
