LAST CALL INSTALL

We were referred to Last Call by a family friend who had worked with this company a few years ago. Initially, we had a good experience working with them; however, as the project moved into later phases the quality of work and professionalism degraded. As we got closer to the conclusion of the job, we were asked for final payment. We asked Last Call for 24 hours to walk the yard and make sure that everything was working such as landscape lighting, irrigation, etc. The owner assured us that anything that was not complete was minor and he would resolve anything out of order immediately. We hesitantly gave our final payment. I have since identifed issues and we have a non-functioning lighting system in our front yard. Our phone calls and emails over the past 3 months are not being returned. The person answering the phone will tell you that you will get a call back, but it never happens. In addition to the incomplete work, we now have trees and shrubs that have died and irrigation that is breaking down. Bottom line, it feels like this company is out to get your money and then they do everything they can to avoid honoring their 'one year guarantee' I know others who are having the same exact experience. Very disappointing. I would not recommend working with Last Call.
