Job well, no complaints

From their first phone call, they were courteous, professional, accommodating and helpful. Tammy walked me through what my needs might be and quoted a price based on those facts. John and Dalton arrived on time. The damage was less than expected but they replaced the broken part, tightened all the screws, and checked and double checked the door was working properly. They were awesome. Hopefully, I won't need them again, but if I do, they will be the first company I call. A+++

I found JTM Garage Door Repair & gave them a call. I explained what the door was doing & Josh replied in a professional, knowledgeable, & non-condescending way. I'm certainly not an expert on garage doors but I could tell that Josh knew what he was talking about. He was flexible with his times around my schedule and was prompt & on time as we agreed to. He also gave an appreciated 'heads up call' to confirm appointment & that he was on his way. He and his son repaired the door as agreed but then he was not happy with the way the springs were working & arranged to get better ones. He ended up getting them a little earlier than planned & finished the job the next day 'around my schedule.' As the job is now complete, with the extra time & bearing installation, I feel like it should last another 19 years. The fact that he was not satisfied with the initial springs & wanted to make it right showed me that he takes pride in his work and would not settle for "good enough." He also, without hesitation, took the necessary time to program all the remotes to my specs. Everything was clean & tidy when they finished. I will definitely use JTM Garage Door Service again & would refer them to anyone in need along with a very high recommendation.

Mr. Josh McGinnis, the owner of JTM Garage Door Service, was an absolute Craftsman. When he arrived he was extremely courteous and professional. After the initial consultation he went over everything in detail to allow me to absorb and understand the information. He never once tried to push me into more expensive options. He even double checked all of his work just to make sure everything was perfect. I even received a 15% Military discount. There are always big companies out there, but I chose to stay local and it truly was a great decision to go with JTM Garage Door Service. Thank you Josh.

I was so very pleased with his professionalism. Accurate work and his ease of working knowledge to remove and replace all that was necessary. HIS POLITENESS AND GENTLEMEN BEHAVIOR WAS VERY APPRECIATED

We had a noisy garage door and wanted it looked over, so based on a referral from a friend, we called JTM Garage Door. Josh answered and and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time, and gave us a courtesy call on the way. He looked over our original set up and determined that everything was just plain old and worn out. We decided to replace all of the old parts, including the springs, cables, bearings, and rollers. We also upgraded the belt drive opener with one that has a battery backup and DC motor with warranty. Josh programmed the new keypad and remotes, and cleaned up and took away the old parts. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt confidence in his work. Now we have a super quiet, smooth garage door that doesn't wake the baby!

I would definitely call GTM if I was to have any problems with my Garage Door again!! He was fast, friendly and very knowowledgeable!
